With approximately 236 m² of living space, this bright and welcoming holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Enjoy your own private pool, lush Mediterranean garden and several terraces in both sun and shade – the ideal setting for relaxed days and long summer evenings.
Outdoor spaces
The Mediterranean garden around Villa Sunday is dotted with mature palm trees and old cactuses, creating an instantly holiday-like feeling. There are various seating areas where you can enjoy your morning coffee, read a book in the shade or linger over an al fresco dinner.
The heart of the garden is the spacious sun terrace surrounding the mosaic-tiled private pool (10 x 5 m). Comfortable sun loungers, parasols and a hammock invite you to relax throughout the day. After a refreshing swim you can rinse off under the heated outdoor shower. For extra convenience there is also a separate outdoor toilet, so you do not have to walk through the house in wet swimwear.
The plot is fully enclosed and accessed via an electric gate. The driveway offers a carport and parking space for 2 to 3 cars on site – practical and secure if you are arriving with several vehicles.
Layout & indoor living
You enter Villa Sunday via the spacious dining room, a light-filled central space that forms the heart of the house. Here there is plenty of room for shared meals, games and long conversations around the table.
Adjoining the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need for relaxed self-catering: an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and ample cookware, crockery and glassware. Whether you are preparing a quick breakfast or a leisurely dinner, you will find it all to hand.
The cosy living room features a fireplace and comfortable seating, making it a welcoming place to gather both in summer and on cooler evenings. The digital television offers various international channels, including Dutch channels, and access to Netflix – ideal for a quiet film night after a day at the beach.
From the living area you step into the naya, the covered terrace that is so typical of Spanish villas. Here you will find inviting lounge sofas and a large dining table with a beautiful view over the pool and garden. The naya provides shade and shelter, so you can comfortably enjoy the outdoor life from early morning until late in the evening.
On this main floor there is also an ensuite bedroom with its own bathroom, offering extra privacy and comfort for those who prefer to avoid stairs. In addition, a practical laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board makes longer stays easy and comfortable.

Villa Sunday offers four comfortable bedrooms, each carefully furnished with quality beds and mattresses. You can choose from different types of pillows to suit your preference, and all beds are made up with crisp, high-quality linen for a restful night’s sleep.
Every bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, so you can keep your room pleasantly cool even on warm summer nights. Cupboard space is provided for your luggage and clothing, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.
The bathrooms are modern and practical, with walk-in showers, toilets and washbasins. Soft towels and good lighting add to the comfort. In addition to the indoor bathrooms, you can make use of the extra outdoor bathroom, ideal for showering after a swim or a day at the beach.
