Seasons & Weekly Prices
Villa Sunday is available to rent throughout the year. The rental price depends on the season and the exact week of your stay. Below you will find an indication of the weekly prices; we will be happy to confirm the exact price and any exceptions (such as school holidays) on request.
Low Season
From €1,750 per week, depending on the exact period.
Ideal for a peaceful stay outside the school holidays, with mild temperatures and a relaxed atmosphere in Moraira.
Mid Season
From €2,250 per week, depending on the exact period.
Perfect for spring and autumn holidays, when the weather is pleasantly warm and the area is lively but not too busy.
High Season
From €3,000 to €3,250 per week, depending on the exact week and school holidays.
The most popular period of the year, with long sunny days and a vibrant summer atmosphere in and around Moraira.
We will gladly send you a clear overview of the weekly price for your requested dates, including any exceptions for school holidays or special offers.
Additional Costs
The weekly rental price is exclusive of the mandatory extra costs listed below. This way, you know exactly what to expect before you confirm your booking.
- Linen package & towels: €25,- per person per stay (bed linen, kitchen linen and towels).
- Final cleaning: €190,- per stay.
- Security deposit: €300,- to be paid in advance. This will be refunded after your stay, provided the villa is left in good condition.
- Electricity: according to consumption at € 0,50 per kWh.
- Baby package (cot and high chair): €50,- per stay (on request and subject to availability).
